We rigorously test each toy to meet and exceed U.S. toy safety standards. We also use water-based, non-toxic paints free of lead or harmful chemicals.
What materials are used to make your toys?
Our toys are made from high-quality wood—durable, sustainable, and renewable. Wooden toys are safer than plastic and provide a natural, tactile experience that supports child development.
Where are your toys made?
All of our toys are manufactured in the Zhejiang province of China, the global hub for high-quality wooden toy production. We work directly with expert manufacturers to ensure strict safety and durability standards.
Do you offer any warranties or guarantees on your toys?
Yes! We offer a 12-month warranty on all toys. Just register your toy within 30 days of purchase on our website to activate it.
How do I care for and clean the toys?
Simply wipe with a damp cloth and let air dry completely. Avoid submerging in water, as too much moisture can damage the wood.
Do you ship internationally?
Not by default, but we’re happy to help! Please contact us via our website for a custom international shipping quote.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders usually arrive in 3–7 business days if shipped from our US warehouse. Remote areas like Hawaii or Alaska may take longer. We'll send tracking details with every order.
