Refunds
- Eligibility: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 3 business days.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@montessorimamatoys.com.
Cancellations
- Order Cancellation Requests: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at contact@montessorimamatoys.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will do our best to cancel the order before it ships.
- Important Note: Because we strive to ship quickly, there may be a short window to cancel. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to stop it in time.
