• Initiation: To start a return, please email us at contact@montessorimamatoys.com with your name and order number.
• 30-Day Return Policy: Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Products must be unused, in the original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
• Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards, personalized items, and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

• Damaged Items: If your item is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at contact@montessorimamatoys.com to arrange an exchange.
• Shipping Costs: Montessori Mama® will cover all shipping costs for exchanges related to defective or damaged products.
